How Eugene Care Foundation Started
What began as a simple, passionate conversation between local community organizers about food scarcity and child illiteracy has grown into the **Eugene Care Foundation**—a robust, fully registered non-profit organization.
Our founders saw firsthand the extreme gap in basic needs in remote, rural areas—children walking miles to school without books, families struggling to secure a single nutritious meal, and elders suffering from easily treatable illnesses due to lack of diagnostic care.
